In your opinion, can the Poker Social Enterprise project really contribute to improving the working conditions of live poker?
“I have no doubt, because everything is based on a constant analysis of the data collected, in order to offer the best that you can find on the market. It’s a habit to talk about customer satisfaction, the will is to apply it in the most appropriate and satisfying way in this world. The idea of giving the best service to players, from any point of view, stimulates me a lot “.
What impact do you think it can have for a Dealer, managing a table – exclusively – composed of Pro players?
“Trust me, it’s the perfect setting to work in the best way, as the game flows fast, thanks to the perfect knowledge of rules and procedures by these players. Which is not always the case when you work with amateur players who, perhaps, often need to be reminded the rules. In addition to that I’ve noticed that they often waste more time than they should, because they lack the automatisms of professionals, and therefore the overall quality of the game is at stake. In summary, I can tell you that being with the best makes you better”.
