This privacy policy describes how All In Channel Entertainment & Communication di Pietro Semeraro (hereinafter “All In Channel E. & C.” or the “Controller”) processes the personal data of users who visit the main website www.allinchannel.com and the connected websites it owns, including:
All the domains and their contents are operated by All In Channel Entertainment & Communication di Pietro Semeraro, which acts as sole Controller of the processing pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
This privacy policy therefore applies to all processing activities carried out through each of the websites listed, including forms, contact forms, technical systems and shared services.

2. Types of data processed
The data collected through the group’s websites may include:
- First name and surname
- Company name
- VAT number / Tax code
- Registered or operating office
- Business email
- Telephone number
- Province of interest (for the ED Racing Cup forms)
- Additional information entered in the “Notes” field
- IP address and technical data necessary for security (e.g. reCAPTCHA)
- Data collected automatically by the server: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser and device type, referring website, recorded in the server log files
- Data on the choice made in the cookie banner: date and time, IP address, version of the texts, categories chosen, browser and page
The Controller does not collect special category data and does not acquire irrelevant information (marital status, preferences, health data, etc.). It does not carry out profiling, save as indicated in §3.f for users only who have given specific consent to the «Marketing» category.
3. Purposes of the processing and legal bases
The data collected through the websites of All In Channel E. & C. are processed for the following purposes:
a) Responding to requests for information
Management of contacts received through dedicated forms.

performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
b) Booking of the province for the ED Racing Cup
Acquisition of the request, availability check, sending of the preliminary contract and operational communications.

c) Operational and administrative communications
Automatic confirmations, follow-ups, sending of information relevant to the request.
Legal basis:
performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
d) Website security and abuse prevention
Use of reCAPTCHA, firewalls, security logs and technical systems designed to prevent unlawful or fraudulent use.

legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
e) Statistical analysis (Google Analytics 4)
Aggregated and non-identifying analysis of the use of the websites, to improve their performance and content. Analytics tools are not loaded before you make your choice: without consent, or if you refuse, your browser does not contact Google, no cookie is installed and no identifier is created. Processing therefore begins only after consent to the «Analytics» category, and your choice can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

f) Measurement of advertising campaigns and targeted advertising
Detection of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through the Meta Pixel on www.allinchannel.com, www.dgtransformation.it and www.skillpokerindex.com, and through Google advertising features on www.allinchannel.com. On www.allinchannel.com and www.skillpokerindex.com the Meta Pixel is also used to show targeted advertising on Meta platforms, including to people who have already visited the websites. Marketing tools are not loaded before you make your choice: without consent, or if you refuse, your browser contacts neither Meta nor Google’s advertising services, no cookie is installed and no identifier is created. Processing therefore begins only after consent to the «Marketing» category, and your choice can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

g) Newsletter subscription
Managing the subscription and sending the requested communications.
Legal basis:
consent of the user (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), freely given and withdrawable at any time.
h) Traffic statistics derived from the server logs
Processing of the log files produced automatically by the web server in order to obtain aggregated statistics on pages read, referrals and devices, and on the approximate geographic area of origin (country and city, derived on the server from the network address, which is not stored). This processing uses no cookies and no identifiers, does not reconstruct the path of an individual user and creates no profiles.
Legal basis:
legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in knowing how its own content performs.
i) Proof of consent
Recording, on the Controller’s own server, of every choice made in the cookie banner: date and time, IP address, version of the texts shown, categories chosen, browser and page.
Legal basis:
the Controller’s obligation to demonstrate consent under Art. 7.1 GDPR (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
j) Measuring content quality, with the Controller’s own tool
A tool of the Controller is active on the pages of the websites. It measures how far down the page the reader gets, how long the page stays in front of the reader’s eyes, and which links or buttons are clicked. Its purpose is to understand whether a piece of content is actually read. The tool installs no cookies, stores nothing on your device and creates no identifier; it is not a third-party service: the data stay on the Controller’s own server and are not transmitted to anyone. Only totals per day and per page are kept on the server, and they do not relate to an identifiable person: no IP address is stored. The address is compared, at the moment of reception and without being written anywhere, with the list of the Controller’s own addresses that must not be counted. In order to know how many distinct people have read in a day, the tool keeps — for the duration of that day only — a non-reversible code derived from the address and the browser, from which no one can be identified; on the following night the code is replaced by the number of readers alone, and nothing else of that reading remains.
Legal basis:
legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in knowing the quality of its own content. Since no cookies or equivalent means are used, Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code does not apply. You may object at any time by writing to the address given in §1.
4. Methods of processing
The data are processed:
- by electronic means
- through appropriate technical and organisational measures
- on servers located within the European Union
- by authorised personnel
- without automated decision-making
- without profiling, save as indicated in §3.f for users only who have given specific consent to the «Marketing» category
The measures adopted include security systems, access controls, database protection and periodic backups.
5. Data retention
The data are retained:
- for the time necessary to respond to the request
- to manage the pre-contractual stages
- for administrative or legal obligations
- and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last significant interaction, unless different regulatory requirements apply
- form submissions remain in the website database for the same period
- the server log files are rotated periodically by the hosting provider, as a rule within 30 days; the statistics derived from them are aggregated and do not allow the user to be identified
- the consent records are kept for the whole duration of the consent and for the following five years, for the sole purpose of being able to demonstrate it
- data collected by Google Analytics 4 are retained by Google for the period set in the property, which is provided on request
- the totals of the Controller’s own measurement (views, time, scrolling and clicks per day and per page) have no expiry, because they are aggregated and do not relate to an identifiable person
Technical security logs may be retained for the periods established by law.
6. Recipients of the data
Personal data may be disclosed exclusively to:
- technical suppliers and partners acting as processors
- the hosting provider, which hosts the websites and the mail service used to deliver the messages from the forms
- hosting provider located in the EU
- collaborators and partners involved in the activities requested by the user
- public authorities only where provided for by law
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., limited to users of www.allinchannel.com, www.dgtransformation.it and www.skillpokerindex.com who have given consent to the «Marketing» category
- Google Ireland Ltd., for statistical analysis services, reCAPTCHA, YouTube video playback and advertising campaign measurement
The Controller does not transfer and does not sell personal data.
7. Transfers outside the EU
The websites’ infrastructure is hosted on servers located in the Netherlands (EU) through A2 Hosting. The mail from the forms is delivered by the same hosting provider, with servers within the European Union.
Some of the services indicated in §6 do however involve a transfer to the United States:
- Google Ireland Ltd., for statistical analysis, reCAPTCHA, YouTube video playback and advertising campaign measurement: Google LLC adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of the relevant adequacy decision of the European Commission.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., limited to the Meta Pixel on www.allinchannel.com, www.dgtransformation.it and www.skillpokerindex.com and to users who have given consent to the «Marketing» category: Meta Platforms, Inc. adheres to the same Framework.
Apart from these cases, the Controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Union.
8. Rights of the data subject
The user has the right to:
- obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them
- access their data
- request its rectification or updating
- request its erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- restrict the processing
- object to the processing
- request data portability
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal (Art. 7.3 GDPR)
- lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it)

9. Processors
The following act as Processors under Art. 28 GDPR, each for its own part:
- A2 Hosting, Inc. — website infrastructure and mail service, with servers located in the Netherlands (European Union)
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4, reCAPTCHA, YouTube videos and advertising features, within the limits set out in §3, §6 and §7
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel, for users who have given consent to the «Marketing» category
The Controller no longer uses the MailUp® platform: the connection has been discontinued and no data collected through the websites is sent to that service.
Any other processors involved will be indicated at the request of the data subject.
10. Nature of the provision of data
Providing data is voluntary. The fields marked as mandatory in the forms are however necessary in order to follow up the request: without them the Controller cannot reply or handle the booking. Consent to analytics and marketing cookies and subscription to the newsletter are entirely optional: refusing them does not limit access to the websites or their content in any way. No automated decision-making producing legal effects on the user is carried out.
11. Changes to this privacy policy
The Controller may update this privacy policy at any time.
Changes will be published within this page.
Users are invited to consult it periodically.
