This privacy policy describes how All In Channel Entertainment & Communication di Pietro Semeraro (hereinafter “All In Channel E. & C.” or the “Controller”) processes the personal data of users who visit the main website www.allinchannel.com and the connected websites it owns, including:
All the domains and their contents are operated by All In Channel Entertainment & Communication di Pietro Semeraro, which acts as sole Controller of the processing pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

The Controller does not collect special category data and does not acquire irrelevant information (marital status, preferences, health data, etc.). It does not carry out profiling, save as indicated in §3.f for users of www.dgtransformation.it only who have given specific consent.

The data collected through the websites of All In Channel E. & C. are processed for the following purposes:

Use of reCAPTCHA, firewalls, security logs and technical systems designed to prevent unlawful or fraudulent use.

e) Anonymous statistical analysis (Google Analytics 4)
Aggregated and non-identifying analysis of the use of the websites, in order to improve performance and content.
Legal basis:
legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
f) Measurement of advertising campaigns (Meta Pixel)
Detection, in aggregate form, of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, limited to the website www.dgtransformation.it.
Legal basis:
consent of the user (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given through the banner and withdrawable at any time.
4. Methods of processing
The data are processed:
- by electronic means
- through appropriate technical and organisational measures
- on servers located within the European Union
- by authorised personnel
- without automated decision-making
- without profiling, save as indicated in §3.f for users of www.dgtransformation.it only who have given specific consent
The measures adopted include security systems, access controls, database protection and periodic backups.
5. Data retention
The data are retained:
- for the time necessary to respond to the request
- to manage the pre-contractual stages
- for administrative or legal obligations
- and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last significant interaction, unless different regulatory requirements apply.
Technical security logs may be retained for the periods established by law.
6. Recipients of the data
Personal data may be disclosed exclusively to:
- technical suppliers and partners acting as processors
- companies providing email management services
- hosting provider located in the EU
- collaborators and partners involved in the activities requested by the user
- public authorities only where provided for by law
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., limited to users of www.dgtransformation.it who have given consent to the «Marketing» category
- Google Ireland Ltd., for statistical analysis services, reCAPTCHA and YouTube video playback
The Controller does not transfer and does not sell personal data.
7. Transfers outside the EU
The websites’ infrastructure is hosted on servers located in the Netherlands (EU) through A2 Hosting. The MailUp platform, indicated in §9, has its infrastructure located within the European Union.
Some of the services indicated in §6 do however involve a transfer to the United States:
- Google Ireland Ltd., for statistical analysis, reCAPTCHA and YouTube video playback: Google LLC adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of the relevant adequacy decision of the European Commission.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., limited to the Meta Pixel on www.dgtransformation.it and to users who have given consent to the «Marketing» category: Meta Platforms, Inc. adheres to the same Framework.
Apart from these cases, the Controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Union.
8. Rights of the data subject
The user has the right to:
- obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them
- access their data
- request its rectification or updating
- request its erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- restrict the processing
- object to the processing
- request data portability
- lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it)
