This Cookie Policy describes how cookies are used on the following websites:
operated by All In Channel Entertainment & Communication di Pietro Semeraro (the “Controller”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and with the Guidelines of the Garante Privacy, the Italian Data Protection Authority.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files sent by a website to the user’s device, where they are stored and then sent back to the website on the next visit.
They serve to ensure that the websites work properly and to improve the browsing experience.
The Controller’s websites use technical cookies, necessary for operation and not subject to consent, and — only subject to the user’s explicit consent — analytics cookies and marketing cookies. Analytics and marketing are not installed before the choice is made, and the choice can be changed or withdrawn at any time (see §4).
2. Types of cookies used
a) Technical cookies (necessary)
They are essential for the website to work properly and to allow browsing.
These include:
- session cookies
- security cookies (e.g. reCAPTCHA)
- cookies necessary for the provision of technical functionalities
These cookies do not require the user’s consent.
b) Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
The websites use Google Analytics 4 for browsing statistics in aggregated form.
- They are not installed before consent to the «Analytics» category
- data are processed in aggregated form and do not allow direct identification of the user
- analytics cookies are not used for profiling
- Google states that it does not log or store the IP addresses of visitors from the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom: the address is used to derive a coarse geolocation and is then discarded
- consent can be withdrawn at any time (see §4)
c) Cookies from external links
The websites may contain links to external platforms (e.g. social networks).
By clicking such links, the user accesses third-party services that may install their own cookies.
The Controller has no control whatsoever over such tools.
We recommend consulting the policies of the individual services:
- Facebook / Meta
- YouTube / Google
- Twitter / X
- and other platforms linked from the published content
d) Marketing cookies and tools (only with consent)
With consent to the «Marketing» category:
- on www.dgtransformation.it the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is activated
- on www.allinchannel.com the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and the Google advertising features linked to the Google Analytics property are activated, the latter contacting the domains stats.g.doubleclick.net and google.it for campaign measurement
- on www.skillpokerindex.com the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is activated
On www.allinchannel.com and www.skillpokerindex.com the Meta Pixel (ID 872092365872319) is used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to show targeted advertising on Meta platforms, including to people who have already visited the websites. On www.dgtransformation.it a separate pixel is in use (ID 1371767428030733), for campaign measurement.
Without that consent none of them is activated; on withdrawal, cookies already set are removed.

3. Cookies not used without consent
Without the user’s consent, none of the websites listed use:
- profiling cookies
- advertising cookies
- remarketing cookies
- tracking pixels
- cookies for advanced personalisation
Consent signals are denied by default and none of these tools is activated before an explicit choice. With consent to the «Marketing» category, the tools indicated in §2.d are activated. LinkedIn and TikTok pixels are not used in any case.
4. Managing cookies
The consent banner
On the first visit to each of the Controller’s websites a banner is displayed allowing the user to choose which cookies to activate. There are three categories:
- Technical — always active
- Analytics
- Marketing
The two optional categories are disabled by default: before the choice is made, Google’s consent signals — analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation — are all denied, and no analytics or marketing script is loaded. The user may accept all, reject all, or choose individually.
The choice is stored for 180 days and can be changed or withdrawn at any time from the «Preferenze cookie» link in the footer. On withdrawal the corresponding cookies are removed and the scripts are not reloaded.

- _gat_gtag_UA_60087145_2 — analytics — 1 minute — dgtransformation.it only
- dg_consent, aic_consent, spi_consent — technical — 180 days — respective website
- _fbp — marketing — 90 days — all websites, only with «Marketing» consent
- _fbc — marketing — 90 days — all websites, only with «Marketing» consent and only when arriving from a Meta ad
- pll_language — technical — 365 days — allinchannel.com
- wp-wpml_current_language — technical — session — skillpokerindex.com
- ep_visitor_tz — technical — 30 days — skillpokerindex.com
The Google tag also sets a service cookie, which limits the request rate, linked to a previous Analytics property no longer in use. It is set only after consent to the «Analytics» category.
The user can control or delete cookies through their browser settings.
Disabling technical cookies may impair the functionality of some parts of the website.

5. Third-party services
Some technical services may use cookies necessary for their operation.
These include:
- Google reCAPTCHA (anti-spam) — active on pages with a contact form
- Google Analytics 4 — on all the Controller’s websites, only subject to consent to the «Analytics» category

- YouTube (embedded videos, on www.dgtransformation.it) — contacted only on click, in youtube-nocookie.com mode
- Hosting A2 Hosting (EU servers)
These cookies are processed in accordance with their respective policies, in compliance with European legislation.
6. Changes to the Cookie Policy
The Controller may update this Cookie Policy at any time.
