This Cookie Policy describes how cookies are used on the following websites:
operated by All In Channel Entertainment & Communication di Pietro Semeraro (the “Controller”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and with the Guidelines of the Garante Privacy, the Italian Data Protection Authority.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files sent by a website to the user’s device, where they are stored and then sent back to the website on the next visit.
They serve to ensure that the websites work properly and to improve the browsing experience.
The Controller’s websites use technical cookies and anonymised analytics cookies, which do not allow direct identification of the user. On www.dgtransformation.it, and only subject to the user’s explicit consent, marketing cookies may also be activated: they are not installed if the user does not accept them. No marketing cookie is active on the Controller’s other websites.
2. Types of cookies used
a) Technical cookies (necessary)
They are essential for the website to work properly and to allow browsing.
These include:
- session cookies
- security cookies (e.g. reCAPTCHA)
- cookies necessary for the provision of technical functionalities
These cookies do not require the user’s consent.
b) Anonymised analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
The websites use Google Analytics 4 in anonymised mode, with:
- IP address masking
- no unique identifiers linked to the person
- data processed in aggregate form
- no profiling
- no sharing with Google for advertising purposes
These cookies are treated as equivalent to technical cookies under the Guidelines of the Garante Privacy.
They do not require consent.
c) Cookies from external links
The websites may contain links to external platforms (e.g. social networks).
By clicking such links, the user accesses third-party services that may install their own cookies.
The Controller has no control whatsoever over such tools.
We recommend consulting the policies of the individual services:
- Facebook / Meta
- YouTube / Google
- Twitter / X
…etc.
d) Marketing cookies (only on www.dgtransformation.it and only with consent)
On www.dgtransformation.it, if the user gives their consent to the «Marketing» category, the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is activated, which makes it possible to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- it is not installed in the absence of consent
- consent may be withdrawn at any time (see §4)
- on withdrawal, cookies already set are removed
No marketing cookie is active on www.allinchannel.com and www.skillpokerindex.com.
3. Cookies NOT used
Without the user’s consent, none of the websites listed above use:
- profiling cookies
- advertising cookies
- remarketing cookies
- tracking pixels
- cookies for advanced personalisation
None of these tools is activated before an explicit choice by the user. With consent to the «Marketing» category, on www.dgtransformation.it only the Meta Pixel is activated (see §2.d). LinkedIn and TikTok pixels are not used, in any case and on any website.
4. Managing cookies
The consent banner
On www.dgtransformation.it, on the first visit a banner is displayed that allows the user to choose which cookies to activate. There are three categories:
- Technical — necessary for the website to work, always active
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4, with masked IP and aggregated data
- Marketing — Meta Pixel, to measure advertising campaigns
No analytics or marketing cookie is installed before the choice is made. The two optional categories are disabled by default and the user may accept them all, reject them all, or choose individually.
The choice is stored for 6 months and may be changed or withdrawn at any time from the «Preferenze cookie» link in the footer. On withdrawal, the corresponding cookies are removed.
On the Controller’s other websites, where only technical and anonymised analytics cookies are present, management takes place through the browser settings, described below.
The user can control or delete cookies through their browser settings.
Disabling technical cookies may impair the functionality of some parts of the website.

5. Third-party services
Some technical services may use cookies necessary for their operation.
These include:
- Google reCAPTCHA (anti-spam) — active on pages that contain a contact form
- Google Analytics 4 (anonymous statistics) — on www.dgtransformation.it only subject to consent to the «Analytics» category
- Meta Pixel (campaign measurement) — only on www.dgtransformation.it and only subject to consent to the «Marketing» category
- YouTube (embedded videos, present on www.dgtransformation.it) — videos are not loaded when the page opens: a cover image is shown instead of the video, and YouTube is contacted only if the user clicks to start playback, in cookie-free mode (youtube-nocookie.com)
- Hosting A2 Hosting (EU servers)
These cookies are processed in accordance with their respective policies, in compliance with European legislation.
6. Changes to the Cookie Policy
The Controller may update this Cookie Policy at any time.
Any changes will be published on this page.
