Italian law applies. The Court of Varese has jurisdiction over any dispute. In relationships that may qualify as consumer relationships pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the mandatory jurisdiction provided for by Art. 33, paragraph 2, letter u of the same decree remains unaffected.
